I saw Dr Hyslop on a day when I was very unwell with an ongoing debilitating issue. She was unempathetic, disinterested and very brusque. Forcefully voicing there was nothing she could do for me, I was out the door within minutes. I saw another Dr at the practice a few days later who was kind, empathetic and moved my care onto the next stage.
