Last week, I was very impressed when Dr O'Donovan was able to help me with an urgent problem, when she rang me for a telephone consultation. Both her advice and the solution she recommended were so helpful - solving my problem in a shorter time that I would have thought possible. In a previous consultation, Dr O'Donovan correctly diagnosed a very obscure problem I had. I was very impressed. Thanks
