After suffering sleep problems for more than 30 years, having spent thousands of pounds on private GP’s, Psychiatrists and Alternateive/Comolentary healers I finally found the Top Expert for Sleep problems - Dr Irshaad Ebrahim. I self refrrred myself and within 20 minutes of seeing me Dr Ebrahim said he knew what had most likely caused my long term sleep problems and fatigue. Within 2 days I had an overnight Sleep Monitoring test at The London Sleep Centre and a week later had a detailed discussion with Dr Ebrahim about my diagnosis - he explained that I had a breathing problem in my sleep called Sleep Apnoea and I was stopping to breath more than 30 tines per hour!
