When it comes to getting a true expert to assess your sleep I found only one in the UK who has manged to find and cure my sleep problem - Dr Irshaad Ebrahim.
I have suffered with chronic severe Insomnia and Anxiety for many years and had given up hope of finding a solution. I was referred to Dr Ebrahim as a last hope for a cure by my consultant at Psychiatry UK .
Dr Irshaad Ebrahim is an example of how a specialist should be - he is kind, thoughtful, listened to all my issues, asked relevant questions and eventually, after an overnight Sleep Test he came up with a diagnosis - Restless Legs and Periodic limb Movements of Sleep.
Within 3 days of commencing treatment I was sleeping the best I had in 40 years!
I cannot thank Dr Irshaad Ebrahim enough for the Gift of Good Sleep!
