Dr Irfan Ahmed

I attended an appointment with a friend yesterday to see Dr. Ahmed. This was in a supportive role as she was 16, and her medical concerns were of a sensitive nature. I was astounded at Dr. Ahmed's manner; his intrusive and very rude attitude towards her left a lot to be desired. She left the appointment very distressed which was not at all positive, especially after it took a lot of encouragement for her to attend in the first place. I am unsure how to make a formal complaint as I could not see any complaint procedures within the Practice. I would not recommend this Doctor and believe this serious matter needs looking into further.
