Dr Ioannis Tsitas was my psychiatrist for around 1 year via the Twickenham RST. He is an excellent listener, very calm and empathetic and also treats you with dignity and explains in clear laymans terms his medical understanding of your condition, how it should be treated and the medicine he recommends. Very few psychiatrists or doctors often take the time to explain what they are doing or what their treatment entails as they often believe it is too difficult to abstract this information for your average patient, but Dr Tsitas does this very well. Excellent doctor and I thoroughly recommend him. I saw him at the maddison centre. Regards, Adam
