Dr Costa has failed to keep to her contract of diazepam and in doing so I have ended up in hospital and I have no doctors due to a postcode problem which I proved the contract between me and dr Costa via my medical records to Clair over 2 months ago
I also came in Friday gone and recorded the chat at front desk to be told by joe cox and Julie weltch I’m violent and dangerous
I can’t understand why I’ve been treated like a animal during my time on your practice
