Dr Malik and his team continue to provide an excellent level of care to our son who was admitted to St Matthews Healthcare Broomhill in October 2019, with a serious mental health condition. Our son is treated with respect and dignity and given daily opportunities to participate in group debates and activities which are helping with his self esteem and mental health.
Dr Malik genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time to get to know them well. He is also extremely considerate in his approach to involving parents. We are able to attend a Teams meeting which takes place once a month. We are updated on the progress of our son and receive feedback from each staff member involved in his care, which is helpful and informative.
The staff at Broomhill are an amazing team offering the best care for their patients. We have noticed a huge improvement in the level of engagement by our son due to the opportunities offered and the encouragement and support of the staff.
Dr Malik stands out as a brilliant Psychiatrist which is testament to his expertise and outstanding dedication towards his patients.
