If it is the same Dr Heron then I disagree. He did not give me a good patient-doctor relationship at all. I found that he didnt really listen to what i had to say, nor did he seem to care much. Maybe i got him on a bad day ( my 1st appt, and last) but i truly felt that his attention was not focused on what i had to say or any of the very real worries that i had. Neither did he give me any guidance on where I could get some advice or support/ Nothing stands out as one bad thing. I just felt that he showed total disinterest in me and the worries that I had at a time where I really needed guidance. I may be living in the past, and our very first family Dr was always there with an ear to listen and would do all that he could for any of us. No matter how small it seemed to him. Bring back the good old honest GP, home visits and genuine caring. I didnt find this with Dr Heron at all. Bit of a coldfish type/ Quite glad he had to leave.
