He is by far the best GP I have ever encountered. Real commitment to the wellbeing of his patients. He actually listens and doesn't rush you.
I just called this practice to book an appointment and was waiting over an hour & 20mins !!! Utter disgrace. When I mentioned this I was told they were busy but received NO apology! To make matters worse I was told Dr. Ian Ditchburn is no longer there! This news breaks my heart and based on my experience I think I will need to find another practice.
