I find this doctor needs to improve his bedside manner - during the appointments my wife and I have had over the last few years he never looks you in the eye - he always stares at his computer screen and gives the impression that he is not really interested in your issues.
I also found on my latest appointment (with a nurse) that the surgery was really cold - I spotted a thermometer in the office that recorded the temperature as 13.6 degrees C. As senior partner Dr Bargh should not allow this to happen - is this not below the legal minimum for working?
I have no issues with the Nurses at the practice - they are all excellent in the way they deal with people - Dr Bargh could learn from them as far as attitude is concerned.
This practice has degenerated since the 3 doctors left at the same time a few years ago.
