I would like to thank Dr Penn for continuing to provide excellent care particularly during the Covid 19 pandemic. Dr Penn has always been an exceptional doctor who provides detailed and honest information in order for a patient to make informed decisions about their treatment. Dr Penn is caring, kind, professional, very knowledgeable and a very dedicated doctor. Dr Penn is very positive and gives encouragement to his patients in order for them to best manage their medical condition. Dr Penn tries to see the positives and allays any fears that the patient may have especially at the diagnosis stage when many patients are worried about their diagnosis.Dr Penn is a credit to the Rheumatogy Department and to the NHS.
