Dr Owles has been treating my mother for the past 5 weeks and has an amazing bedside manner. Although my mother condition is terminal he always find the time to have a few words with her every day. Dr Owles is not like your normal overworked NHS doctor and always goes the extra mile to ensure the patient and family are kept fully informed of the next course of treatment. We need to clone Dr Owles has the NHS is crying out for caring and approachable doctors/consultants
