Dr McGettigan was very thorough and understanding and explained every aspect of my complaint in language that could be understood. She listened to what I had to say
and explained different ways I could help with my complaint. I did not feel as though I was on a conveyor belt, the consultation was not rushed or hurried in any way. All in all she was kind, compassionate and understanding.
