I saw Dr Sperry recently regarding absent periods and trying to conceive. She listened really carefully to my words and made plenty of notes of what I was saying regarding my background of PCOS and low iron levels. She booked me in for a blood test for both hormone and iron levels.
Dr Sperry gave me some really useful (and frank), advice regarding weight-loss and how I should approach it and what to do etc. I usually get emotional and upset about this topic; but she came across so optimistic and positive, I left her room feeling content and focused, full of energy and with a game-plan of how to tackle it. I think she's great.
