All Doctors are allowed 10 minutes per patient but Dr. Purser tries her hardest to stick to this, but obviously can't in some cases and if she runs late she always apologises. She is very thorough and very caring and talks in lamen terms and also gets things moving, no hanging about or repeat appointments. I have been going to here for years now, and yes you have to wait a while to get an appointment but I would not have it any other way, I have suffered various illnesses over the years but she has treated me so well and always listens and makes me feel comfortable to be able to talk about my concerns. The Pool Medical Centre are very lucky ans she is a total asset to the Practice.
