Dr Wood is an extremely supportive GP who is willing to go more than the extra mile. For example, she patiently listened and then made clarifications to try to ensure that the wording of a referral to a specialist covered everything. She also appears genuinely concerned for her patients as people, for instance she asks about the impact of symptoms on everyday life.
