Probably the most caring HCP I have ever dealt with. He really did listen and understand my struggle with a LTC that was impacting my my quality of life. He was thorough in finding out all the facts and history of my condition and what treatments and consultations I had had to date. I really felt he wanted to help me get to the best treatment to address all my areas of concern and was willing to work in connection with other specialist. I cannot recommend Mr Dulay highly enough. Kind, caring, knowledgable and listens to his patients.
