I've been a patient for about 20 years and always had prompt and accurate service both from the doctor(s) and the reception/dispensing/nursing staff.
The "phone back" service enabling phone discussion directly with the doctor is extremely helpful and time saving.
The on-line appointment booking and prescription ordering services are particularly useful. Could this be extended to appointments for blood test etc?
