Would be a great doctor if not for her inability to be on top of paperwork. She is an okay psychiatrist, does everything that is required of her - though do not except her to go out of her way to help you. If you have a choice, choose a different doctor who will be willing to fight for you. If you are okay with an average doctor go see Dr Stratford. If Dr Stratford would send information to GP practices on time she would get 4 stars. I would like to point out that it is also quite dangerous to leave it up to the patient to ask the GP for prescription medication due to the fact that Dr Stratford could not be bothered to send out a fax in a week. Hope she sees this and fixes that before someone gets seriously hurt.
