I have been treated by a number of doctors in my time, but Dr Shields is one of the few who really listened rather than just going through the motions. His diagnosis is always spot on, and if he isn't sure he'll say so and order tests rather than guessing. Sometimes, you can be late going in, but only because he doesn't rush patients and takes as long as is necessary.
