My doctor has always time to listen to you and is very understanding. He explains to you in terms which you can understand .never feel rushed time always taken to listen to you. Also about the medication which you are to take. Very quick response to home visit if required and can always contact by telephone and always calls back nothing to much trouble for my practice Dr and staff

Dr Gareth Rowland became our GP on the retirement of his predecessor 3 yrs ago. He has always proved to be a most professional and communicative doctor. This past 5/6 weeks I have been most unwell and Gareth has been amazingly attentive to my needs, despite a very busy surgery. He has twice turned up on my doorstep unannounced over his concern and had made several unscheduled phone calls to me to enquire over my health and to discuss blood and other test results all to reassure me. I would recommend hi to anyone living in the area, A more competent, compassionate and empathetic doctor would be hard to find.

Dr Rowland is very personable and approachable. He always listens intently and leaves his computer alone whilst the consultation is taking place. Dr Rowland always gives detailed but easy to understand information about a problem and never makes one feel that one is wasting his time. He manages that difficult balance between being professional yet friendly at the same time. Appointments are easy to book and the reception staff helpful.
