Most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Arranged a telephone appointment to discuss covid related concerns as I got stuck abroad because of covid travel restrictions, doctor refused to talk to me despite my not having anyone to talk to in the country where I got stuck due to language barrier. Doctor did not even know what I want to discuss with her, it simply refused to talk to me. Uncaring, unprofessional. Will be reporting her to GMC.

To put simply, Doctor Oley has been the best Doctor I have ever had. She is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond what would normally be required for a doctor in 2019. I believe that I was given perfect levels of care, to the point where it genuinely feels like I was visiting a friend rather than a doctor. I first visited Dr Oley with mental health related issue, (which for a man anything mental health and "feelings" related is always a hard thing to do..) however my worries were unwarranted as Dr Oley put me at ease and was able to recommend a wide range of services and help for me. She booked in return appointments on a regular basis and became a key part of my support network during a dark period of my life. All I can say is that I owe a lot to a great doctor!

She is a fantastic doctor and very kind! I am extremely lucky to have found such an amazing NHS clinic and would definitely recommend her.
