I transferred to St Paul's Surgery approximately 3 months ago and due to an ongoing health issue, I registered with a doctor to discuss and review my current health worries. I was initially a patient at Inner Park Road Surgery, and even though I hadn't received the care that I needed, I was extremely nervous about switching surgeries as I needed the GP to be able to understand my current state of health and disability. I couldn't have wished for a more caring generous, true, understanding and honest doctor in Dr Cappelluto. She honestly made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me the time that I needed at each appointment. She is extremely empathetic, genuine and 100% honestly the best Doctor that I have had and could have hoped for. I really feel that she cares for me (and most likely the rest of her patients, going on the experience that I have had). I have been so impressed with the surgery over all (from the reception staff, to the nurse and to how proactive everyone seems to be in their role) that I have actually pleaded with my parents to change over from Inner Park. Dr Cappelluto comes across as an extremely caring doctor and makes you feel that you can be 100% honest with your feelings and she consults with you on how you feel best to proceed. I hand on heart couldn't recommend her highly enough, and if all GP's were as nice, genuine and as proactive and as effective as her, the NHS would be perfect. (the NHS is a great service which is under appreciated by many but they don't realise how lucky we are to have it, especially with some of the great GP's that we have, thank you) I think Dr Cappelluto is a great Doctor and I am so happy that I changed surgeries and now have a doctor that is honestly fantastic, caring and I feel blessed. Thank you.
