I hope doctor Frances Sargen,she’s doing well for min not in this time it because in the moments she’s don’t doing very good for me I will give her time because I don’t know her very well she’s is my husband and My GP she’s have different atitude of my English only her anyone of the hospital the government the banks people understand me only her I really don’t know why maybe because she’s don’t like people for the another country to live here in England but I give her time to treated me with more respect and do her job ,probably I will be back with better nurses and I hope very good results in 6 months I hope she’s well be better and understand me and linseed to me when I will tell her ,like my husband don’t speak on the phone because him had two stroke I’m spread to her I don’t like to stress my husband make him speak on phone when him can don’t doing for today only this,I will give her time good luck for her job if not be good for me and my husband I will change the GP don’t problems for us I’m sorry but this is the truth of my fell of my GP Doctors Frances Sargen

I am so sorry that you felt you had to leave this review. I always try hard to communicate well with patients but clearly sometimes things don't always go according to plan. I was especially upset that you gained the impression that we struggled to communicate because as you say, you were from another country. I have never and would never treat anyone differently because of where they were from and I do not tolerate or practice discrimination on the grounds of race/origin in either my professional or personal life. I would really hope that we can perhaps discuss this further as I would like be able to try and resolve this. I was fortunate enough to have Fran as my GP for 7 years. During this time she spent a great deal of time not only with me, but in investing her personal time researching my care. Singularly the best GP anybody could want. I hope she is enjoying success in her new position.
