Dr Lamb supported a panicked and distressed child very well through administration of anaesthetic. She had several "tricks" up her sleeve and engaged with both myself and my daughter (9 years) in an empathetic and collaborative way. Dr Lamb had a great bedside manner and I'd would happily have her work with myself or my children again if the need arose.
