Wife booked me an appointment , turned out to be an emergency appointment , which I didn't know at the time . Anyway I was telling the doctor my symptoms when she interrupted me and said "this is not an emergency " I explained I didn't realise it was an emergency appointment as my wife had booked it . I then left , a rude obnoxious woman of the highest order . I will now not visit the doctors much to my wifes annoyance . Very rude reception staff . In general not a pleasant experience at all.

Dr Allen is a very caring and compassionate doctor who listens carefully to your medical problems and advises on the best course of action. She always explains clearly the medication she is prescribing or the treatment she is recommending. Dr Allen always greets you with a warm smile that makes you feel at ease when you have a worrying health problem and takes the time to ensure you have a full understanding of her diagnosis.
