I called to speak to the Duty Doctor and the receptionist told me to go to the pharmacy to collect 3 days worth of a milder antibiotic for a UTI because I was in a particular age group. Treatment should be the same for every patient with the same condition Fortunately I was able to speak to this Duty Doctor who prescribed me a stronger antibiotic and asked me to hand in a specimen. He was very helpful and asked me appropriate questions and listened
