With nearly 500 patients a day coming into A&E at UCLH, I was happily stunned at the quality of the care I received from Dr Fatimir Maloku and Kate, the wonderful nurse who looked after me so attentively. Your care surpassed all expectation, and stands out as the best experience of A&E I have had. The call out on the tannoy for ED staff huddles as 12.00pm made me smile, and suggest that Dr Maloku looks after his staff just as well as his patients, which is no doubt why the standard of care is so high.
