Dr Jan has always been a great support as a professional colleague. She leads the Peer group and has provided significant academic input for the trust. She is a very good team leader and has clearly demonstrated her leadership skills. She is very approachable and ready to go above and beyond her limits to guide trainees and new consultants to settle in their new role.
