Dear Mr Wong
I was at first a little wary of seeing a young male Doctor especially in relation to the nature of my visit.
But your professional efficient response left me feeling confident in your proposed diagnosis and any unease quickly disappeared.
I was impressed by your Doctor/ patient approach and that you offered another appointment to further support me. Considering that until recently there had been no or limited access to face to face appointment I felt privileged to have 2 in 2 days.
I wish you every success going forward with your career.
