Hi Dr Wong,
Thank you for your very professional service in PDAU on 29th July. My daughter and I were very happy with the care that we received from you. The blood sample you took from Clara was taken with minimal pain and the subsequent consultation after was spot on, clear and concise.
I want to also thank you for correcting Clara's records in regards to contact information and following up with the consultant in regards to her case.
In all I feel this was very good service and I am happy that we met you in PDAU. Please continue to be this way with all your patients.
