Dear Dr. Wong,
I was pleased you were able to see me speedily after my initial call to the surgery. I found your examination thorough and the second opinion was much appreciated, giving me reassurance that nothing serious is going on. Thank you.
Also, not having visited the surgery for an appointment since well before March last year, it was very good to see that the waiting room seating was so well spaced out.
