Firstly, Dr Staples always put me at ease from the minute I walked into her room. She always took the time to explain everything to me including possible side effects of new medication. Although Dr Staples has a very busy clinic! I was never rushed.
I owe my life to Dr Staples, Queens Hospital and the NHS, so much so that I’ve just been discharged after 5 years, so a big thank you.
