Never saw dr southall before as recently joined our surgery - she could see I was very apprehensive and anxious she really put me at ease - and re assured me and made provisions if I was worried to call the surgery if I felt concerned or worried - if dr southall continues with this caring attitude she will be popular at our surgery.
