Emma Nash is a very professional and caring doctor , she is fully committed to her patients and gives time that is needed, which is sadly lacking today due to other pressures.
I wish she could do more time at the surgery but realise she has other commitments during the week.
For working people extended hours needs to be looked at .
The computer system is poor and only allows you to book at certain times meaning patients have to call back all the time, wasting everyone’s time .
Blood taking is ridiculous I could easily go to QA and leave a spot for a patient that can’t get there , this slows patient pathway and is not helping when it comes to quick diagnosis, unfortunately money governs all .
