I had an appointment with Dr Casson today. She provided me with an exceptional level of knowledge about my issue, and showed an extremely high level of professionalism. I felt fully confident that she had listened and understood me attentively, as well as completely understanding, and summarising, the medical history surrounding my diagnosis. She provided positive and balanced guidance, and focused information to help me. Importantly, I also felt very much at ease with Dr Casson, as she showed me care through a genuine empathy, and respect for me as a person. I would highly recommend Dr Casson, without any reservation.
