I came in for a personal private and very sensitive complaint / problem to do with genital health. The treatment required an injection into my genitalia however I was not forewarned, was not prepared for the excruciating pain or the sense of complete violation that I experienced through and after the process. The injection was to numb the pain like one gets at a dentist however, unlike at dentist, there was not wait between the extremely painful injection and the proceedure that followed. I have spent the day since my morning appointment in pain and tears. I wish she had taken the time to tell me what to expect, what she would do and the atmosphere to feel confident to tell her to stop.
