This doctor is the most unhelpful Doctor I've ever known. My son was born with a whole in the heart and his health has been poorly since then at times. This doctor is not in the least bit interested in any of his many problems and because of her attitude he finds it very hard to explain anything to her. She certainly needs some training in customer care and to actually listen to the patient without pre-judging them.
