My first appointment with Dr Bateman and was feeling very nervous. I was very pleased to be Greeted with a smile, which was warm and welcoming. I was made to feel relaxed, and calm, during the appointment. Everything was explained clearly and in terms us non medical folk can understand & from my perception was very attentive & showed genuine care. I wasn’t made to feel like “just another patient to deal with” Fanstatic! M.Dalton
