Whenever i book appointments at the practice i will always ask in advance whether dr.O'connell is free as i feel she is a genuinely caring person.I was there a lot last year with health anxiety and not once did she make me feel silly for going back every few days. Doesn't matter what sort of a day she has had she will always have a smile on her face and willing to do her very best to help you and give you the best possible advice. She makes you feel utterly comfortable in her presence and would highly recommend this doctor.
