I found Dr.Coster friendly but professional, human but trustworthy and knowledgeable.
She listened to me and answered my questions as though I were her equal. I felt valued by her and, although I was nervous about the appointment, reassured.
I await a scan appointment but do understand that the time this takes isn't down to the Surgery.
