I've just returned home from an appointment with Dr Baguley. I was seen straight away and all the nursing staff were cheerful, helpful and pleasant. I'd never seen Dr Baguley before and I found her very caring, supportive and interested in everything I had to say. She was thorough and made several suggestions as to how I might get pain relief ...explaining the side effects of any medication she suggested. She was charming and so different to the last Rheumatologist I saw at Hull Royal who was only interested in getting rid of me as quickly as possible and who was very difficult to understand.
