Dr Rana was brilliant in every way, kind, but professional, and put me at ease. You knew you were in safe hands and she explained everything concisely. My children and I have always had incredible care at Queens and the doctors go above and beyond in my opinion, especially taking into account their workloads that I'm assuming are vast.
The nurses are always so lovely too and support staff, people are genuinely smiling and the approach Dr Rana took - making you comfortable immediately, is in turn fantastic for wellbeing. Plus Queens is always sparkling in my opinion!
You'd have to be crazy to moan about it and I've experienced labour ward, postnatal ward, dermatology, paediatrics, 'broken bones dept'. I am proud and grateful Queens is my local hospital. And if you don't like the patient parking charges or other petty gripes, go and live in the States and see how you get on! Thanks again Dr Rana
