Ms Lear was thorough throughout the consultation, she listened to what I had to say about my condition, and took an interest. She encouraged me to ask questions and discuss my concerns. I felt confident in the diagnosis, which alleviated months of worry.
Results were sent to me promptly, and a copy of the letter that was sent to my gp.
It was my 1st visit to Addenbrookes a 2 hour journey from where we live and I visited the hospital at the onset of the Covid 19 outbreak, the clinic area was clean and hand gel was available throughout the hospital. Clinic staff were helpful and polite.
