The care that I received from Dr Kumararatne on the day was excellent. The follow up has however been poor so far. The tests that were being organised have not happened yet. As the reason for me attending his clinic was abandoned, I have not yet received a replacement appointment yet.

I am very, very sorry that you have not received a follow up appointment. If this is still the case, please contact our office on 01223586830, or email me dinakantha.kumararatne@addenbrookes.nhs.uk . I was on annula leave between 11.9.17 and 21.9.17. I have checked outcomes for patients seen by me in sept 2017, and cannot identify anyone who did not receive a follow up appointmen. yours d.s.kumarartne
