My experience today at my GPs surgery was really positive. The practice nurse Lucy took time to explain the removal of my post operative surgery stitches with kindness and efficiency. She made sure I was comfortable and reassured me throughout the procedure. The GP also ensured he understood my concerns and explained that he would forward a prescription to a local chemist that was open on a Saturday. The doctor and nurse reminded me to contact the surgery if I had any concerns. Top marks for an excellent service
