I saw Dr. Reimold at the now defunct Ponteland Road Health Centre. I had been suffering from issues of indigestion and chronic pain for a few years and had seen a littany of doctors, all of whom had dismissed my symptoms and chalked it up to anxiety/depression (regardless of the fact I never claimed to suffer from such ailments). The first thing that struck me about Dr. Reimold was his rapt attention, for the first time I felt like a doctor was genuinely listening to me describe my situation and I could see him thinking what the source of it could be. It was such a 180 degree turn from what I had experienced in the past. He believed I was suffering the effects of a hiatal hernia and promptly referred me to a gastroenterologist. I few weeks later I was having an endoscopy camera test and sure enough a hiatus hernia was found. Thank Dr. Reinmold for taking me seriously, paying attention and taking the time, doctors like yourself are a very rare breed.
