Dr Diana was very professional and thorough. She definitely listened and explained everything clearly. As a patient I felt reassured that all that needed to be done, would be done. When you are told you have a blood cancer it can be distressing, but Dr Diana was calm, informed and appeared very caring, which was very reassuring.
