I had a telephone appointment booked with Dr.Kana on Tuesday the 26th of October 2021 and was told that Dr. Kana will be calling me anytime after 12Pm. I waited for 6 hours and never received a call. How do they expect people to be reasonable after such treatment? This is a huge waste of a student’s day and the GP Surgery’s resources. I am disappointed. It’s best to give patients a particular time slot even for a phone call. So instead of whole day of waiting and expectation , one can carry on with other jobs at hand.
